Multi-Branch & Multi-Business

Run several outlets under one business, or several independent businesses from a single login — each with its own fully isolated data. Here's exactly how both work and when to use which.

At a glance

Both let one login work across multiple isolated spaces and switch instantly. The difference is what a “space” is — and how it's billed.

🏬 Multi-Branch

Multiple outlets of the same business. Each branch keeps its own stock, invoices, staff and reports, but the whole business shares one subscription.

🧩 Multi-Business

Several completely independent businesses under one login. Each has its own data, users, plan and its own subscription.

Multi-Branch mode

One business, many branches

Perfect for a chain or a business with several outlets. Everything a branch does — sales, stock, expenses, reports — stays inside that branch. The owner sees a branch switcher and moves between them in one click.

Nothing is shared between branches — a product or invoice in Downtown is invisible in Airport.

Set it up in 4 steps

1

Get a plan that allows branches

Multi-branch is controlled by your plan's branch limit. Choose (or upgrade to) a plan whose “Max Branches” is more than 1. Your current usage shows on Settings → Stores as 2 / 5 branches.

2

Create your branches

Go to Stores and click New Store for each outlet. Your original location is the Main Branch and already holds all your existing data — new branches start empty and isolated.

3

Switch branches from the header

Once you have more than one branch, a branch switcher appears in the top bar. Pick a branch and the whole app instantly shows only that branch's products, customers, invoices and reports.

4

Assign staff (optional)

Regular staff can be pinned to a single branch so they only ever see that outlet, while owners/admins move freely between all branches.

Many businesses, one login

Own more than one company? Manage them all from a single login. Each business is completely separate — its own products, customers, users, reports and its own subscription & plan — and you switch between them in one click.

Each business is billed independently — and can itself have multiple branches.

Set it up in 3 steps

1

Make sure your plan allows more businesses

Like branches, this is governed by your plan's business limit (“Max Businesses”). If you can create another, the option appears in the switcher.

2

Create a new business

Open the business switcher in the header and choose New business. Give it a name — InventiPro spins up a brand-new, empty, fully isolated business (with its own trial subscription and its own Main Branch).

3

Switch anytime

The switcher lists every business you own. Select one and the whole app reloads into that business. Each keeps its own login sessions, data and billing entirely separate.

Frequently asked

Will my existing data move?

No. Your current business becomes the Main Branch of your account and keeps everything it already had. New branches and new businesses start empty and isolated.

Can one branch see another branch's stock or invoices?

No — data is fully isolated per branch. The same is true across businesses.

How do staff experience this?

Owners and admins get the switcher and can move between branches. Regular staff can be pinned to one branch and only ever see that outlet.

Do I pay separately for each business?

Yes — each business has its own subscription and plan limits. Branches, on the other hand, are shared under a single business subscription.

Is there a limit?

Yes, and it's set by your plan: 'Max Branches' for branches and 'Max Businesses' for businesses. Upgrade any time to raise them.
