Shorter queues. Customers order and pay themselves.
A touch-screen kiosk for your outlet. Customers browse your menu, add items, pay, and get an order number — and the order reaches your counter or kitchen once it is paid. Fewer order mix-ups, and your team free to serve.
The free trial is for InventiPro POS. The kiosk is a paid add-on.

How it works
Pair a screen
In InventiPro, add a kiosk and get a 6-digit code. Type it on a tablet or touch screen in your outlet — that screen is now your kiosk.
Customer browses and orders
They choose eat in or take away, pick items by category, adjust sizes or extras, and review the cart.
Customer pays
Pay at the screen through your own payment gateway, or choose pay at the counter and your staff take the money.
Order reaches the counter
The customer gets an order number. Your team sees the order, marks it ready, and the number appears on the Now serving board.
What the kiosk does
Pair with a code
Each kiosk is paired with a one-time 6-digit code and can be removed from the back office at any time.
Your own menu and photos
The kiosk shows your existing products by category, with photos, prices and sizes. Hide any item from the kiosk with one switch.
Combos and meal deals
Sell a set of items at one price. The bill still splits back into the individual items, so stock and GST stay correct.
Prices checked on the server
Totals are always recomputed from your catalogue on our side, so a tampered screen cannot change what a customer is charged.
Paid before it is cooked
An order goes to the kitchen only once it is paid — by the gateway, or when your cashier marks it paid at the counter.
Counter workflow
One screen holds orders waiting to pay (cash, card or UPI), orders in the kitchen, and orders ready to hand over.
Now serving board
Pair any TV or monitor as a board that shows which numbers are preparing and which are ready to collect.
Receipt with order number
The kiosk prints a receipt with the order number and items, and can reprint it. Printing can be switched off.
Your branding
Your name, logo, welcome picture and colours on the kiosk, with a live preview before you save.
Several languages
Customers can switch the kiosk language on the welcome screen — English, Hindi, French, Spanish and Korean.
Resets itself
If a customer walks away mid-order, the kiosk clears the cart and returns to the welcome screen.
Optional mobile number and feedback
Ask for a mobile number at checkout, optionally verified with an SMS code (a separate add-on), and send a "how was it?" message after pick-up.
Who it is for
Retail outlets
Let shoppers build and pay for an order at a screen instead of waiting for a free till.
Cafés and bakeries
Take orders and payment at the screen while the counter focuses on making and serving.
Quick-service restaurants
Eat-in and take-away orders, an order number, and a board that calls it.
Food courts and canteens
Several kiosks and a board for busy hours, all feeding the same counter.

An add-on, not a separate system
The kiosk runs on your InventiPro POS account and sells the products you already manage there. Orders become normal invoices, so reports, stock and GST need no extra work. It is billed per kiosk device for each term and is switched on once purchased.
Questions
Do I need InventiPro POS to use the kiosk?
Yes. The kiosk is an add-on, not a separate system. It sells the products already in your InventiPro catalogue, and each paid order becomes a normal invoice with stock and GST handled as usual.
What hardware do I need?
A tablet or touch screen with a browser, ideally in portrait, and optionally a printer for receipts. You buy the hardware; InventiPro is the software. Lock the screen with your device's kiosk or screen-pinning mode so customers cannot leave the app.
How do customers pay?
Either at the kiosk through the payment gateway you have set up in InventiPro, or at the counter, where your staff mark the order paid as cash, card or UPI. Until a gateway is set up, the kiosk offers pay at the counter only.
What if the internet drops?
The kiosk needs an internet connection. When it cannot reach the server it shows a message asking customers to order at the counter instead of taking orders it cannot confirm.
How is the kiosk priced, and is there a free trial?
It is an add-on billed per kiosk device, or included in some plans. There is no separate free trial for the kiosk — it is switched on once you buy it. The current prices are on this page and on the pricing page, and your dashboard shows the price before you pay.
What happens if my kiosk subscription lapses?
You cannot pair new kiosks, and a kiosk already running keeps working through a 7-day grace period so a billing hiccup does not stop a busy lunch.
