Fraud Disclaimer

This Fraud Disclaimer is published by InventiPro, a Sole Proprietorship, owned by Somendra Singh, based in India (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-RJ-17-0675949; MCA SRN AC6189259), with its registered office at 141, Laxmi Nagar, Niwaru Road, Jhotwara, Jaipur - 302012, Rajasthan to help users, subscribers and prospective customers of the InventiPro desktop application, web application and related services (collectively, the "Service") recognise and avoid fraudulent communication that falsely claims to be from InventiPro.

1. Why This Page Exists

InventiPro does not control every message sent in its name. Fraudsters sometimes impersonate genuine businesses — by email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone call, or social media — to trick people into handing over money, passwords, one-time codes, or remote access to their computer. This page states plainly what InventiPro will and will not do, so you can tell a genuine InventiPro communication from an impersonation attempt.

2. What InventiPro Will Never Do

InventiPro will never, under any circumstances:

  • Ask you for your account password, PIN, or a one-time verification code over phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any messaging app;
  • Ask you to make a payment, deposit, or "security fee" outside the in-app checkout or an official InventiPro invoice/subscription page;
  • Ask you to install remote-desktop or screen-sharing software so a "support agent" can access your computer;
  • Ask you to transfer money to a personal bank account, UPI ID, or e-wallet to "activate", "verify", or "unlock" your account;
  • Offer investment returns, reseller commissions, or work-from-home earnings in InventiPro's name; or
  • Threaten immediate account suspension unless you act within minutes.

If a message asks you to do any of the above and claims to be from InventiPro, it is not genuine — regardless of how official it looks, what logo it uses, or what caller ID/sender name it shows.

3. Common Fraud Patterns

Impersonation attempts we are aware of, or that are common against SaaS and billing platforms generally, include:

  • Phishing links in an email or SMS that look like an InventiPro login page but point to a different domain — always check the address bar reads exactly inventipro.com;
  • Fake support calls claiming your subscription has failed or your data is at risk, pressuring you to share a code or install software immediately;
  • Fake payment collection — a call, message, or forged invoice asking you to pay a renewal or "pending dues" amount to a personal account rather than through the app;
  • Fake job or franchise offers claiming to represent InventiPro and requesting an upfront registration fee; and
  • Look-alike domains or apps using a name or icon similar to InventiPro's but not published or distributed by us.

4. How To Verify a Genuine Communication

You can always check whether something is genuinely from InventiPro by going directly to InventiPro.com yourself (not by clicking a link you were sent), signing in only through that site or the official desktop/mobile app, and completing any payment only inside the app's own checkout flow. If in doubt, contact us directly using the details in Section 6 below — using contact details from the suspicious message itself defeats the purpose of verifying it.

5. Our Liability

InventiPro is not responsible for, and does not compensate for, any loss arising from a third party impersonating InventiPro or otherwise engaging in fraud, even where the fraudster used InventiPro's name, logo, or the name of a genuine InventiPro employee without authorisation. Genuine account security (choosing a strong password, keeping your login credentials to yourself, and enabling two-factor authentication where offered) remains your responsibility.

6. Reporting Suspected Fraud

If you receive a communication you believe is falsely claiming to be from InventiPro, please forward it — with headers/sender details where possible — to support@inventipro.com, or call +91 81260 82478. We cannot take action against the fraudster on your behalf, but reports help us warn other customers and, where appropriate, pursue a takedown of a look-alike site or account.

If you have already lost money or shared sensitive information, also report it to your bank or payment provider immediately, and to India's National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in (helpline 1930), or to your local police cyber cell.
